Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
✔ Defective or Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing issues.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos as proof.
✔ Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered (size, material, color, or design).
✔ Missing Parts or Installation Issues
If any parts are missing or the product cannot be installed properly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
Items reported after the 48-hour window
Customized or made-to-order furniture
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Normal wear and tear
Interior design services already executed
Products without original packaging

Step 4: Pickup & Reverse Logistics
If a return is approved:
Reverse pickup timelines may vary by location
The product must be packed securely
Pickup will be arranged by Wood and Wonders
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Payment modes accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, Card Payments.
Cancellation Policy
