Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

✔ Defective or Damaged Products

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing issues.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos as proof.

✔ Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered (size, material, color, or design).

✔ Missing Parts or Installation Issues

  • If any parts are missing or the product cannot be installed properly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

Items reported after the 48-hour window

Customized or made-to-order furniture

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Normal wear and tear

Interior design services already executed

Products without original packaging

Return / Replacement Process

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges.

After Manufacturing Has Started

Customized products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
